Stillwater, Okla. – To gauge the satisfaction level of its passengers and gain feedback on new transit services for our transit passengers, The Bus will distribute a short onboard survey on all of its routes from Wednesday, March 9 until Thursday, March 10.

This survey is designed so that passengers can easily complete it before reaching their destinations. The survey will provide the OSU Department of Parking and Transit Services valuable insight into passengers' experiences riding The Bus and passengers' future expectations for The Bus services.

“This is the second year for our onboard survey,” said Hugh E. Kierig, Department of Parking and Transit Services Manager. “It allows us to compare our services against the needs identified in last year's survey.”
